Cultivation is a matter of farming, which is exactly what should be done in one's home village. Foreign lands are not places for one to cultivate. Abandoning what is near to pursue what is far, how can that succeed? 'New fortune is good' means blessings are arriving. 'Joyful air in pairs' means happy events are more than one. This implies that there is supreme happiness within the household itself. It overall warns against aiming too far. For home divination, wealth is prosperous and people thrive. The annual fortune is very auspicious.
