Story and textual notes
Zhang Qian of the Han Dynasty made multiple diplomatic missions to neighboring countries in the west and north, making great contributions to cultural and economic exchanges. Zhang Qian's journey to the Western Regions is recorded in history. The gems, music, and grapes from beyond the Yumen Pass were introduced by him into the Central Plains.
Interpretation
This oracle lot describes Zhang Qian boating on a moonlit night, reaching the Heavenly River, and seeing the celestial maiden weaving brocade. He quietly took away a stone from the loom and returned. Only when he returned to the mortal world did he realize it was a precious gem! Obtaining this oracle lot indicates that blessings will naturally arrive, yet there is also a sign of failing to appreciate one's blessings while being surrounded by them. Everything will be auspicious, so please do not worry. You should actively practice convenience and kindness toward others, and benefactor(s) will naturally come to appreciate you. I alone have obtained a rare treasure, which is highly auspicious.
