A wicked crowd gathers in the mountains and forests, Yet the kind and good suffer anxiety and worry in vain. The host walks out the door with a loud laugh, Without using weapons, the bandits disperse of their own accord.

Gathering in mountain forests refers to the threat of bandits at hand, showing clear danger. 'The good and kind' refers to those who follow reason and keep to their duty. 'Suffer anxiety in vain' means they are naturally protected in the unseen world. 'Walk out the door with a hearty laugh' means coming and going freely, remaining magnanimous and calm as before. 'Without using weapons' means there is no need to show courage through aggressive fighting. 'Bandits disperse' means disasters and misfortunes will dissipate by themselves.
